Who's running WinXP - Internet Connection Sharing Gateway - with CIS AV updates?

Windows XP
Acting as “Internet Connection Sharing - Gateway”
CIS 4.1.x.920

Can anybody confirm the above setup is able to update the the AV database?

Hello Ronny.

Clean install of CIS 4.1.150349.920 on win xp SP3 32-bit default configuration.
I did not have any problems updating the AV database with ICS - gateway enabled.

I’m comparing this to a USB modem v.s. NIC LAN setup…

Wireless modem router ADSL2+ and i only use ethernet connector( i have wireless turned off)
with 4096/384 connection.
