Which registry entries are protected?

I think this falls under “Defense+”, correct me if I’m wrong.

Does CIS protect all of the registry and system settings that Windows Defender does?

You can see the protected registry entries under Defense + → Computer Security Policy ==> Protected Registry Keys.
