Sorry my mistake,

It’s on C:\Program Files\Comodo\Comodo Internet Security\cfp.chinese.chm
Doesn’t it load when you have Chinese as GUI language and go to More, Help?

I am sorry to say
I have found it ,but the cfp.chinese.chm is for CIS v3,not for CIS v4.

Then I think/hope Comodo is working on a new version of the help file:

  • English, Russian & Chinese are all translated by Comodo.
