Where did my infected file go??

Starting an application I got the Comodo message saying the file is infected with some trojan.
I selected Clean.
Restarted the system as requested.

Now the file is missing and I cannot run the application.

Question: Where did the file go?

Request: For me, clean is not equal to delete nor quarantine. Unless I miss the message, Comodo didn’t tell me it was going to delete or “dissapear” the file.

I agree that the wording is confusing, but clean did in fact clean the file from your system. Clean as in delete.
