Where are my emails?

I’ve finally gotten the program installed and ‘apparently’ working. I say it that way because indications are that messages are coming thru as indicated on the program’s activation icon on my desktop and under the email address in Quarantine.

But am of the impression that they ‘should’ have come thru via Outlook Express; yet nothing appears therein.

Under the Quarantine link in the desktop icon, I see messages pending approval. So I click on them and approve them for both sender and domain … yet they still do not show up in Outlook Express.

Need help please.
