Where are Comodo Firewall rules located and how to modify them

I actually like comodo firewall, but how can you edit rules? If I blocked a program, that I later want to grant access, how do I do it, or is it impossible with Free Version. I cannot find it. Any help would be excellent.

You can edit your firewall rules by going to Firewall → Network Security Policy.

You can find the rules for programs in Network Security Policy → Application Rules.
