Where and when is CIS 3.14, as per today's newsletter

Today I received a newsletter telling me that CIS 4.0 is due in February.
It concludes with
“If you are already running Comodo Internet Security 3.14, you will not need to reinstall the new version. It will be available to you automatically. For minute-by-minute updates, visit the Comodo Internet Security announcement page on the Comodo forums.”

Should I assume that with only 3.13 I WILL “need to reinstall the new version” ?

Incidentally it would be useful to have a link to
“the Comodo Internet Security announcement page on the Comodo forums.”

Strange…The latest CIS version is 3.13, not 3.14…I think. ???
