When i click the icon to get to my settings in Dragon nothing happens. This has been going on for months. Since i mainly use Chrome i was not to worried about it.

Does this happen with the default theme?
Try disabling any 3rd party extensions.
You could try Dragon portable to eliminate any user profile issues.

One of the keyboard shortcuts work to bring the settings up. I have not gone back to the default theme to see if that was the problem.

At least you can now open the menu, I suspect the non default theme to be causing the issue.
