The first pic relates to the final block all rule. It’s the most important default network monitor rule. Without it, you’ll be allowing everything in unless you have some other rule.

The second pic is the update error message you get while the servers are busy/overloaded. It shouldn’t be busy anymore because the swarm of downloaders have come and gone by now.

So basically your’re saying it’s good to have the Block On for the last ID5 ?

It’s not “good”, more like required. Without it, it’s almost like having no firewall at all because you’re essentially letting everything in and out of your computer. The log option is enabled by default so that you can see what’s being blocked. That part is not required, but almost every user keeps it on.
