What is this and how do I get rid of it ?

I use Commodo Anti and firewall.

I get this pop up about every 20-30 minutes…

Also, it could be a false positive. You can report it as such here and they’ll let you know if it is a legitimate threat or not.

However, if you wish to find out what it is yourself you can check out the methods described here and let us know what you find.
