What is the latest of version 4 [Solved]

Anyone know what was the latest version of the Firewall v.4 and where can it be downloaded. I updated to version 5 and it has slowed everything down, even trying to watch videos. It will run for 6 seconds then load for 12 seconds then run for 6 seconds and so on and so on. I didn’t have any problem until updating to version 5.
