What goes inside this directory that was created by Comodo?

I have a directory C:\ProgramData\Comodo\Cis\tempscrpt and inside it currently there is a number of files similar to the following:
C:\ProgramData\Comodo\Cis\tempscrpt\C_powershell.exe_F8D590D57D96F79C02C6AF09A2A5BE6AC53D775A.ps1 with content “-NonInteractive -WindowStyle hidden -command Set-MpPreference -EnableNetworkProtection Enabled; Set-MpPreference -EnableControlledFolderAccess Disabled; Set-MpPreference -DisableRealtimeMonitoring 0; Set-MpPreference -DisableBehaviorMonitori”

or batch files like C:\ProgramData\Comodo\Cis\tempscrpt\C_cmd.exe_2980CDA8BFCDC9CE4B55DC6B6AEAFE8BE02A9B41.bat with content “del /q C:\Users\earth\AppData\Local\Microsoft\OneDrive\Update\OneDriveSetup.exe”

Are they safe to keep or should I delete them?

Please note that in addition to Comodo Firewall I have ConfigureDefender installed with settings set to “High”.
