Just wondering what its purpose was? To experiment I disabled it from starting at boot and it told me that CIS would no longer start. Sure enough, CIS started and everything seems to be functioning right. So, whats its purpose?
I think it’s the application that uninstalls/changes your CIS setup.
Yes, it’s needed to launch the uninstaller program for CIS.
Thanks, I thought it must be something like that since it doesn’t directly effect the running of it. No need to re enable it for now Just make sure its started when I decide to uninstall.
Now to remember all that…
It also used for diagnostics which you cat start under ‘‘Miscellaneous → diagnostics’’
