I’ve just installed the Comodo Firewall, and would like to know what settings I should tweak to get the most out of it.

Then you best switch to Proactive Security (Optimum if you use Firewall alone). That can be changed under Miscellaneous → Manage my configurations.

Kyle has some handy tips in the Guides forum. Although not to sure if they are outdated or still relevent to v3.10.531.
