Weird issue after renewal

Hey guys,

Having a super-not-fun time after my yearly renewal went through. I currently just have the three device CIS license, and I got an email confirmation that it was renewed – but I had a super hard time getting logged in to get my key. After fighting with it, I found out that my original account was in CAM, not the new Dragon platform, so after fighting with password resets and stuff to get in, I finally got the license key – and it says it’s invalid and won’t activate.

Geekbuddy support connects me to Mike who’s not actually there, and I now somehow have a MSP account through Dragon (literally just use this on my home devices), so not sure how that happened.
