Weird IP in network dialog box popped up, it resolved to Iran

Well, a box suddenly popped up and told me I connected to a new network and it displayed a weird IP starting with a 5. I checked it out and it resolved to “Iran Cell Service and Communication Company”. I live in California.

Should I be worried about this? I unplugged the internet and ran malware scanners and checked cports and did not notice anything fishy, I then flushed my router and powercycled my network equipment and booted into a linux live cd to post this here.

I then recalled the news about the comodo SSL cert fraud and don’t know what to do.
