webserver is very slow

Hello.
Running windows XP sp3. recently downloaded antivirus firewall . everything work just fine. but i have a need to install apache , mysql , php. so i did install wamp .result was extremely slow localhost browsing / connection . i installed xampp. i had the same experience. i decided to install apache myslql and php separately. I had the same result… very slow local host connection and browsing …
after searching the net. many pointed out that the issue is with firewall ( not comodo ) . i looked into comodo firewall. but i have no clue what is going on there. i worked with many profile . added and remove application etc… but result was the same.
At this point , i don’t want to remove my antivirus , but i hope someone can tell me why web server is so slow.
this system is dual boot . i have linux on same system ( separate harddrive ) and server is blazing fast .

Check the Defense+ logs and the firewall logs.

log file is not showing anything abnormal . however, i had comodo system cleaner . i removed that from computer and localhost connection and browsing is fast … ( not as fast as i hope , i think the other lag is due to antivirus ) , but now is much much better.
is shame i had to remove that program , because i started to like that little program.
