Web browser rule set doesnt fit for firefox (from version 36) anymore

It blocks each 2 minutes two attempts
port 1900 to port 1900
destination 239.255.255.250

Discovered it right after updating to firefox 36

The destination IP belongs to Multicast (you can check here Multicast address - Wikipedia and have a look at this suggestion to set a Global rule about that https://forums.comodo.com/firewall-help-cis/windows-operating-system-trying-to-connect-to-the-internet-is-it-safe-t103656.0.html;msg763144#msg763144).

I know how to circumvent it, but the point is,
the web browser predefined rule doesnt fit anymore for firefox.
