every now and then i see little white flashes how do you fix this i cleaned computer up ran defagger and all and they still exist any help? and i even ran malaware scanner

First thing to try updating your systems graphics card drivers.
Does this happen when the system is performing specific functions or is it random?

its constant and graphics are fully upto date
Does this only happen with Dragon and not with other program installed on your computer? Could you try Google Chrome to see if the same thing happens there or not?
its same in chrome…doesn’t happen in ie or firefox so im not sure what the problem is if you have any idea’s please help me or is this a chrome/dragon issue?
