Unable to Import/Export Configurations without the convoluted procedure of exiting cfp.exe and restarting the GUI with Run as Administrator.
There is an anomaly here as Diagnostics appears to force Run as Administrator so the Standard User has to enter the Administrator Password.
Why isn’t the same true of Manage Configurations?
I do see that changing Configurations on the fly would become more tedious (and the need to know the Admin Password) but then again how often does one do that. And anyway, one could make the same argument about Diagnostics.

Edit: It also takes two attempts to Start as Administrator to bring up the GUI.
