Can U reproduce the problem & if so how reliably?: Don’t know if I could reproduce it.
If U can, exact steps to reproduce. If not, exactly what U did & what happened:
Yesterday I ran Firefox under Virtual Kiosk. I switched Kiosk to real environment very often for copy some content of the browser. After ran a while, I plan went back to Virtual Kiosk, the browsing Firefox page was disappear. I need to restart the firefox. This situation happen some times a day.
I exit the Virtual Kiosk, and plan to clean Comodo Sandbox. I click to clean the CIS Sandbox. After all, I could not get into Virtual Kiosk I unstall CIS, and Reinstall CIS for 3 time. Virtual Kiosk could not start anymore.
If not obvious, what U expected to happen:
The Kiosk should be able to open.

Can you please try reinstalling by following the advice I give in this topic and see if that works?
If the problem still continues we can continue from there, but hopefully this will be able to solve the problem for you and a bug report will no longer even be necessary.

I try download CIS+Removal+Tool+2013]
I run it.
It wan unable to remove CIS firewall.
Then I try it under Safe mode. Same issue.
Then I reboot and uninstall CIS. Then reboot to safe mode to run rest of the other other options trying to remove left behind.
After all, I reinstall CIS firewall.
Result: Virtual Kiosk could not work anyway.
Okay, if I understand what you said, you uninstalled CIS normally. Then you rebooted into safe mode and ran first one uninstaller and then the other. If this is what you did, and it did not work, then it does look like this is a bug.
Please create a process list at the time you are trying to open the Kiosk. To do this go to the Advanced Tasks and click on “Watch Activity”. Then, after KillSwitch opens, click on the drop-down menu called KillSwitch and select “Save Current View”. Then, put this in a zip file and attach it to your first post.
I updated your previous post so that it was mostly in the correct format. However, there are still some questions which I need you to answer.
How did you open Firefox as virtualized? Was it opened through the widget?
Are you running Comodo Internet Security or Comodo Firewall?
Are there any other security programs which you previously had installed, but have now removed? Also, if there are please try going to this page, download the uninstallers for each of them, run them, and see if removing the remnants of the old security programs fixes the problem.

Okay, as I am still waiting for more information I will move this to the Non-Format part of the bug reporting section of the forum. Please attach the requested files as I would really like to see this fixed, and forwarding this to the devs is the only way to get it fixed.

Can you please check and see if this is fixed with the newest version (version 6.3.294583.2937)? Please let us know whether it is fixed or you are still experiencing the problem.
Also, note that all bug reports in the Non-Format section of the forum, which is where this report currently is, are mainly not looked at by the devs. Thus, if the bug you were experiencing is still not fixed please edit your first post so that it is in the correct format (found here, with all required attachments), so I can forward this to the devs and get this problem fixed.
