Can you tell me what file that is. Have you quarantined the possible virus?
I recommend you to download malwarebytes and make a quick scan (don’t forget to update Malwarebytes).

Where was the file located? Can you check the file to see if it is running as a process? Judging by what you said, Comodo didn’t remove it. (have I got the right end of the stick?) This is a common characteristic of a QHost infection, it has really high self defence.
