Today I thought I would do a virus scan on my system.to cut a long story short it seemed to be dragging it’s heels so I clicked on stop scan. it said are you sure you want to stop …I clicked yes but it just carried on scanning. I thought this problem had been sorted once?? It now seems to be back. I really do hope that this issue will be fixed once and for all as it’s a pain in the a**e.
BTW the scanner hadn’t got stuck/froze it simply didn’t want to stop scanning. cmdagent was running 90+% too.
