Virus scan hangs on microsoft.build.conversion.v3.5.dll

Hi

The scan hangs on microsoft.build.conversion.v3.5.dll located in \program files\Reference Assemblies\microsoft\framework\v3.5
Only thing left to do is a hard reboot.

Any ideas?

I have the same problem using Vista, with CIS 3.13.120417.573. Are there any fixes for this problem?
