Any fix on the horizon?

I moved this topic to a board where you should get more help.
Also, what do you mean by saying it crashes? Does it get stuck on one file and refuse to continue? Is it always the same file that causes this?
In addition can you please state what version of CIS do you have installed and if you have any other security software installed?
Thanks.
Sometimes it gets stuck on a file (not always the same file and updating the time, but not the files) and sometimes it crashes/aborts abnormally.
No other AV sw on my system and other disks scan fine.
Comodo AV 5.3.176757.1236
Tried it again on one directory in that drive. It stopped on a file called driver.c (mine). I tried to pause it and got this error message.
“Pause failed. Error code 0x800705aa. Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.”
I’m having the same problems as Numerator . . .
During long scans (or even during shorter scans of large folders with many compressed files) cavscan.exe somtimes freezes. When I try to stop I get the error:
“Stop failed. Error code 0x800705aa. Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.”
Sometimes it simply causes a windows app crash notification that COMODO Internet Security has stopped working.
I used “Diagnostics” tool under the “More” tab to detect any problems. It found and fixed some problems (the tool unfortunately does not describe what was fixed). Then, i tried again but this did not resolve the issue. What the status on this issue??
I’m using Win 7 64bit.
Are you running any other security programs?
