I bet the writer(s) of Conficker are laughing at all the people who are worried/talking about their malware program.
But I’m just .00001% worried. ;D (For myself, that is.)

how did you guys install defender+when i go to install using CIS 5 i think i doesnt give me the option of defender+
Defense+ is always installed … you don’t have an option to not install it.
I’m not that much in this, so correct me if I’m wrong. Conficker C uses a vulnerability in the Server Service to exploit your system. If you’ve updated your system since October 2008, you’ll be fine:

I don’t have this update installed myself, but yet, I don’t worry about any kind of malware, as I run as a Limited User Account, and have CIS installed.
I am curious to know why you would not have a Windows security update installed?
Simply, because I can’t install any updates.

Probably because CIS 4 is not yet released. 3.9 will be released in a few weeks.
