Sorry for bothering you but I don’t really get it. Does that mean that those files are healthy and do not need to be in quarantine? How to check the virus signature database? Should I just actualize it?

Just update your virus database and see if the file is still detected.

I have recently noticed a variation of the Heur.suspicious virus when updating real player on my laptop,

and I keep clicking clean/disinfect/Quarantine and the pop up just keeps coming back

Can you please upload those files to virustotal and post a link to the results?
Also, can you please report them as false positives here? They’ll send you an email with the results of the analysis. This way if they are not malicious you will know and if they are you should get more information about what type of infection it is.
