Virus in quarentaine but still have 1 threat detected

Hi,

I open my comodo internet security and i notice i had 1 threat detected. So i ran a full scan of my pc .
Comodo detect 5 threats. I put the files in my quarantined items but i notice only 4 files are in quarantined and i stll have 1 threat detected in summary virus defense windows. Could you tell me were is that last threat? ??? ???

I just reboot my pc and every thing is back to normal.
