Virus database problem

I’ve been using Comodo for Linux for a long time. Now, for the first time, I’m told when I try within the program to update the database that I can’t and that I should check my Internet connection. I know there’s nothing wrong with my Internet connection since I can successfully ping download.comodo.com. Have you stopped allowing updating for people using Comodo for Linux?

Are you using CAV linux free version ? If so may i know your CAVL version and linux version ?

Yes, I am. My CAVL version is 1.1.268025.1. My Linux version is Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS.

Currently CAVL free version is temporarily discontinued product. We support enterprise edition.
We will update you once we get update for the CAVL free version release.
