My virus database needs to be updated but each time I only get the same message which reads: “Failed to update the virus signature database. Please check your internet connections and try again.” I am connected to the internet so I cannot figure out what the problem is. Can someone please help? My computer is Version5.1 (Build 2600. xpsp Sevice pack 3

Please check your program version. (Miscellaneous > About)
The latest version, 3.5.57173.439, is supposed to have fixed this problem. If you don’t have this version, try updating to it.
