I have the same Problem.
I have CIS 7 up to date running on windows 8.1 64Bit
When I install the latest VirtualBox I get a Error when I try to start it.
When I uninstall CIS 7, VirtualBox is running without Problems it is also running with CIS 6.3…
I don’t know if it’s a AV or a Firewall problem. Sandbox is deactivated.
It was a clean Install off both CIS and VirtualBox.
I have a second machine which I updated from CIS 6.3 and from the 4.3.12 off VirtualBox and the same Problem…
What could I do to fix that, I need VirtualBox…
