I am unable to open the virtual kiosk. Says I do not have Dragon installed. I shows in folder Dragon setup. I click on it and it will not install. I am unable to open it from the Comodo menu as well. I can open other virtual browsers such as Chrome Firefox, IE. Is there an issue? Am using product Ver 6.3.29
I still have this issue. I am not able to install Comodo Dragon so I could use the virtual kiosk. I keep getting setup did not complete successfully. I have no idea as to why? All else runs OK. I can open the Chrome or Firefox browser in sandbox.
I would try uninstalling your current Dragon. Then run CClean and reboot. I would then re-install dragon when asked during kiosk starting.
You do not need dragon or silverlight installed to open the kiosk.
Does updating to the latest version make a difference here?
What other security programs are you running? Which ones run on demand and which ones residentially? Please make sure that there are no left overs of previously uninstalled security programs around. Not all uninstallers do a proper job. Left over applications, drivers or services can cause all sort of “interesting effects”.
Try using removal tools for those programs to remove them. Here is a list of removal tools for common av programs: ESET Knowledgebase .
