When I go into the configuration panel to activate the different parts, it will only let me activate one part. In other words, if I activate Internet Security, it will turn off the other parts, such as AntiVirus. They are definitely off. The Ultimate Troubleshooter confirms that the services are not running or in the system. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
