very slow boot and shutdown

hello all,
since i installed the final version of CPF3 my system (vista32bit,core2duo,2048MB RAM) needs a very long time to boot and shutdown. after i entered my password there is a grey screen for a very long time after this my desktop is shown. shutdown takes very long time i think because CPF3 takes very long to shut down.
