Other secure DNS like OpenDNS and ClearCloud have a test page to confirm that the IP address set in Network Connections is correct and functioning properly.

Does Comodo Secure DNS offer the same type of test page?

Just inserting IP addresses is not enough without some type of verification.

Open a CMD prompt.

If you don’t know how to do that, click the Start button, select Run, type cmd and press Enter.

At the prompt, type ipconfig /all

Down near the bottom you’ll see DNS Servers. If these are the IPs of SecureDNS, you’re good to go.
