Validation Time takes 3 weeks and keep asking new documents

I purchased several of Comodo’s product, but only the certificate who requires so many thing to validate.
everytime I submit a document the validation team asked, they keep asking for more document. it has been three weeks and my order status has not going anywhere.

the sales guy ask me to call comodo to speak with the validation team… and guess what? they said they don’t have any document that I have sent by fax and by email…
I have so many support tickets with the same issue…VALIDATION because everytime I submit the document, they give me new ticket…

I am thinking to cancel my order and choose another provider… but who knows, if fulfilling a paid order takes 3 weeks and still have not reached any progress… a refund might take years…
