Using the FW v8 Comodo-any drawback?

Hello!

Is there any drawback, if I use the outdated 2 years old version 8 Comodo Firewall?

And I DON«T WANT update it!

Is there any drawback?

I use only the essential FW functions, and don«t use the HIPS/AV etc

i recommend you to update

If there are still database updates than there is no problem to still use that. If there are no more updates for this version it would be better to update.

You will of course miss the stability and security fixes. F.e. the ones revealed by Google Project Zero. The ball is in your court.
