Using Github Shell brings too many popups

I am using Github Shell which utilizes PowerShell and many subprograms but when Comodo is enabled (either version 5 or 6) there are far too many popups.
Even if I change the rules to wildcard rules the same programs are still blocked and need to allowed again which results in extra rules (which are obviously already set using the wildcard rules).

This happens in the Defense+ module as well as in the Firewall module.

Example:

HIPS Rules:
C:\Users\xxxAppData\Local\GitHub\PortableGit_0f65d050d0c352fd38a0b25d82ee942deb19ef87\bin\git.exe
C:\Users\xxxAppData\Local\GitHub\PortableGit_0f65d050d0c352fd38a0b25d82ee942deb19ef87\bin\sh.exe
are added although
C:\Users\xxxAppData\Local\GitHub\PortableGit_0f65d050d0c352fd38a0b25d82ee942deb19ef87\bin*
was already set as “Trusted Application”

This is extremely annoying!

Any ideas how to solve this?

Try giving the executable that is being run the Installer/Updater or Windows System Application policy.
