They look the same as normal registry editors will export.
If I double click then Windows will automatically attempt to merge back into the registry.
Will it be successful and fully restore ?
Is there any benefit in launching System Cleaner and invoking the restoration through its GUI ?

The restore of any registry backup (.REG file) works successfully whether is performed manually or through CSC.
