Upgrading Comodo v5 to v6 over remote desktop

I’m upgrading Comodo v5 on my sister’s computer to v6 over remote desktop. I have the firewall disabled. Will I be able to re-connect after the reboot? Does Comodo 6 retain v5 app/firewall settings after the upgrade? I saw a registry setting for an older version but the registry key names are different than the current version so I don’t think that will work.

Well, I tried and it blocked me out. >:(

Turned everything off and even merged a v6 derived reg file before rebooting:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Software\COMODO\Firewall Pro\Configurations\0\Firewall\Settings]
"SecurityLevel"=dword:00000002

I added an entry for configs 0-6 but it didn’t seem to make a difference.

V6 will keep the v5 configuration but it won’t enable it. It will enable the default configuration; you will have to enable your old configuration.
