Updating the False Positive detection list

I got several programs on my computer that the scanner keeps flagging as malware, even though I’ve either flagged them as a false positive, or submitted them to the website as a false positive.

Am I missing a step?

Emailing them now, am using the 7z format because it’s a ZIP.
