everytime i try to update. it will have a message : " your system to be not connected to the internet. please check your internet connection"
and i try to submit a file, a message will appear :" you internet connection is not active. please check your connection and try again"
may i know what is the latest version of comodo firewall. Is it version 2.3.4.45
The latest release version is 2.3.5.62. It can be downloaded from http://personalfirewall.comodo.com.

Yeah, I’ve got the same problem. I’m using ver 2.3.6.81. I’m in the UK and my ISP is AOL using a broadband cable modem over on a NTL connection. I can verify that I’m connected as everything else connects fine, just not the comodo updater!

Have you tried to add cpfupdat.exe in application monitor, or try to do it in security/tasks “add a new trusted application”?
Yep, done that both ways but still NG.
