Update Stalls at 30

Hi,

Just re-installed CIS and ran update. Virus Update comes up to 30% and stalls although wireless activity still present via cmdagent. Any advice appreciated. Regards, KH

After a clean installl there is a big download of AV definitions needed. The progress indicator will stay at 30% for a long time in the process. That is a bit of a glitch and confuses many users.
