I am using 2.3.6.53 and it constantly notifies me to update. Every time I try to it says internet concectivity will be lost, do you want to continue, when clicking ok it either does nothing at all or seemingly downloads the updates and gives no complete message. After this if the system is restarted it tells me to update again. I tried replacing it with the new version but couldn’t uninstall it, tried manually doing it but this made it worse and had to restore the system. If anyone could please please give me some help with this… (:AGL)

When you said you manually uninstalled 2.3, can you detail the steps you took? That will help.
What we’ll probably need to do is walk through uninstalling 2.3, reboot, clean the registry, reboot, and install 2.4 from a new install package.
That said, go ahead and grab a brand-new installation package from Comodo - http://www.personalfirewall.comodo.com/.
Then answer the question about the uninstall process from before, and we’ll go from there…
