Update issues

just in case, more of you run into this problem (as I saw on another feedback post)… after being warned about possible incompatibilities to MS updates, I suspended them until yesterday - I explicitly had CIS look for updates (update task), but got the message, none were available - as the KB# of waiting Microsoft updates did not match the one, which should cause problems, I downloaded and installed them.

Result: after re-start and log-in I got a black screen with only Comodo Widget running.
Remedy: Shift-click on restart and roll back to Windows’ automatic recovery point from before the update.
Analysis: CIS was stuck at version 10.0.1.6223 (24 April 2017) – only today I get an update option after explicitly starting the update task again… I’ll try again afterwards
