Update "Error 106: Could not complete update process" message.

Hi there,

First of all, thank you for providing the public with such a great program that is also free! (:LOV)

In trying to manually update your program, I have unfortunately encountered a small problem. Every time I hit the update button, my computer gives me an “Error 106: Could not complete update process” message. Do you know how I can overcome this problem? Please forgive me, but you will have to explain how to solve this problem to me like to a 6 year old (o.k. maybe a 7 year old!) ;).
