Update doesn't

I try to update to the latest version.( Now using Version 29.1.0.0)
I click on relaunch after downloading has finished.
The windows permission dialog comes up
click OK

nothing…comodo closes…that’s it.

Any help?

Hello,

Dragon performs a silent update when you click the “Relaunch” button and should restart after the setup finishes installing the update.

If more than five minutes have passed without the browser restarting or the update operation ended with an error then please provide us with the following information:

  • operating system;
  • install location;
  • installed variant (portable/non-portable);
  • UAC status (enabled/disabled);
  • Windows user account type (standard user/administrator);
  • Installed security software;

Also, please attach the “dragon_setup.log” file located at %windir%\Temp\ComodoLogsFolder.

Thanks for the reply.
I have done the update many times before from the browser on the same system
and had no trouble like this.
I gave up and downloaded the installer and updated that way, with no problem.
I will try again through the browser next time there is an update and see what happens.
