unknown COMODO Firewall tray icon

Hi,
COMODO Firewall occasionally starts and remains unchanged with an unknown tray icon shown as attached. But I didn’t experience any abnormal network activities. Since it didn’t occur all the time, a system reboot may turn it back to normal.

The problem is, there is no feedback from COMODO Firewall telling me what’s wrong and how to fix it.
The Firewall simply states “All systems are active and running”, no specific Balloon Message on tray icon, pass Diagnostics, and can’t find a word in on-line help for tray icons’ meanings.

I would like to know, what’s the problem, how to fix it, and where to find official document regarding this aspect.

Thanks
