uninstalling linksys adapter leaves Comodo excess in registry

I tried 3 or 4 times to install (and uninstall) a Linksys wusb54AG wireless adapter which left all sorts of
Linksys trash in my registry. To remove it, I acquired a registry cleaner to look for ‘wusb’ entries. There
were the usual Linksys entries plus several from Comodo which was ‘learning’ during each installation.
Is there some way to use the applications in Comodo’s main program to remove these entries so that I
don’t have to ‘rub them out’ from underneath Comodo’s nose with a reg-cleaner?
Here are the entries (and their descriptions):

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, SYSTEM\Software\Comodo\Firewall Pro\Configurations\0\Firewall\Policy\45, DeviceName
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, SYSTEM\Software\Comodo\Firewall Pro\Configurations\0\Firewall\Policy\45, Filename
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, SYSTEM\Software\Comodo\Firewall Pro\Configurations\0\HIPS\Policy\135, DeviceName

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, SYSTEM\Software\Comodo\Firewall Pro\Configurations\0\HIPS\Policy\38\Rules\1\Allowed\0, DeviceName
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, SYSTEM\Software\Comodo\Firewall Pro\Configurations\0\HIPS\Policy\38\Rules\1\Allowed\0, Filename
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, SYSTEM\Software\Comodo\Firewall Pro\Configurations\0\HIPS\Policy\39, DeviceName

Any advice would be appreciated

I would not do that.
Comodo stores it configuration files in the registry if you delete those keys your config. will disappear.

Makes sense, but my question was not whether to delete the registry entries but, rather, how to
do it through the program itself:

i.e., when I click on the desktop icon for ‘Comodo Firewall Pro’, the firewall app allows me to:
‘Define a New Trusted Application’
‘Define a New Blocked Application’
see my firewall events and
review my network zones.

But nowhere does it offer me the choice of declaring that the following policies in Configuration 0
are no longer needed:

Firewall Policy 45
HIPS Policy 135
HIPS Policy 22
HIPS Policy 31
HIPS Policy 34
HIPS Policy 38
HIPS Policy 39
HIPS Policy 89

How do I get the Comodo program (launched from the desktop icon) to eliminate these obsolete
policies and remove them from the registry?

TIA

There is a purge button for Network and Defense+ this gets rid entries for programs no longer on your computer.

Network
Firewall/Advanced/Network Security Policy

Defense
Defense+/Advanced/Computer Security Policy

Thank you very much. That worked very well. Now these are all that remain:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, SYSTEM\Software\Comodo\Firewall Pro\Configurations\0\HIPS\Policy\17\Rules\5\Allowed\10, DeviceName
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, SYSTEM\Software\Comodo\Firewall Pro\Configurations\0\HIPS\Policy\17\Rules\5\Allowed\10, Filename
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, SYSTEM\Software\Comodo\Firewall Pro\Configurations\0\HIPS\Policy\17\Rules\8\Allowed\2, DeviceName
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, SYSTEM\Software\Comodo\Firewall Pro\Configurations\0\HIPS\Policy\17\Rules\8\Allowed\2, Filename
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, SYSTEM\Software\Comodo\Firewall Pro\Configurations\0\HIPS\Policy\63\Rules\1\Allowed\19, DeviceName
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, SYSTEM\Software\Comodo\Firewall Pro\Configurations\0\HIPS\Policy\63\Rules\1\Allowed\19, Filename
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, SYSTEM\Software\Comodo\Firewall Pro\Configurations\0\HIPS\Policy\8\Rules\0\Allowed\18, DeviceName
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, SYSTEM\Software\Comodo\Firewall Pro\Configurations\0\HIPS\Policy\8\Rules\0\Allowed\18, Filename

Do I need to reboot my computer and go back and try again or is there another section
besides ‘Firewall’ and ‘Defense+’ that has purge capabilities?

TIA

As they are all HIPS that are left this is Defence+ rules can you check that the Device named and the File named are not still on your computer because that is what CPF3 thinks.
1st reason I can only think they are still there I have used the Purge button before and it will only remove what is not on your computer.
2nd reason possible bug with the version of CPF3 you are using.
