uninstall stopped comodo 6.0 FW 2013 (got 3 report zip files).

comodo Firewall 2013 v 6.0.260739.2674 installed on windows 64bit SP1,
uninstall stopped when it tries to uinstall kernel drivers.
then i stopped the uninstall after 30 min, it took 10 min,
then unable to reinstall or uninstall completly comodo.
i post the 3 report files that were created when the installer asked to reboot to continue the install but some comodo process crashed on each windows logon so the install failed but i was able to create a report of the crashed file.
hope the reports files will help.

Had you already fully uninstalled version 5.12 before installing version 6.0?

oh yes, i never use updates because I don’ t trust that for any kind of software.
I prefere uninstalling completly the old version then do a clean install of the new version.
I had trouble in the past with updates but i don’t remember wich softwares were in cause but once you try updating something and then your system is dead, you never use updates again.
